This was my first time at RMW. Im new to German cars but always wanted a GTI. I finally get one and the sill light goes out. Looking around for a shop that specializes in German cars I found RMW and read up on them so I gave them a shot. I was extremely surprised. I have never dealt with a shop that paid so much attention to details. From their website, waiting area and how they follow up, excellent. I will definitely be bringing my GTI back for maintenance very soon. These guys are awesome! They tell you in detail what you your car needs and why. They have great methods on how they test the fluids if it needs servicing. If you have a German car and love it like I do take it to RMW for servicing. I highly recommend them! 6/14/2021 These guys are awesome! Ive never dealt with a local shop like this! Very detail oriented. If you have a European car this is the place to take it! They are not only knowledgeable but they treat you like family! Keep up the good work! 12/27/21 Bought Michelin tires for my GTI in June. Thought I got the Pilot Sport All Season. Turned out that I did but it was the Pilot Sport 4s. Explained this to Shane and RMW took care of me. I won't let anyone touch my car other than these guys! You guys ROCK!

Very thorough inspection and diagnosis of my vehicle. They explained all the problem points (it's a BMW so there are always many) and explained which should be addressed first. Very professional!!!

Soo I have nothing but great things to say about this company. 🙌 I was referred by another shop because they specialize in Audi vehicles!! I was skeptical but after the initial conversation they quoted me with a price of $800-$900 and the issue came in at $740, the audi dealership wanted to charge me for the SAME thing $2500 this company was a God sent and fixed my issue and they gave me back $40 to apply to a future service NO ONE does this. Go there for all your needs you will not be disappointed!!

They were very professional and fixed everything quickly. I worked with Shane and he did a great job communicating and helping to get items approved through my extended warranty plan through the dealer. I would highly recommend them for all vehicle services.

I love the web based health report for your vehicle complete with photos. Nit only provides you with what needs to be done, but also provides a list of future work to keep your vehicle healthy up to date and most importantly on the road where you need it
