RMW staff is very polite and helpful. Every repair has been perfect and timely. Much cheaper than the dealer.

I have a BMW and was looking for a shop local to me that would be knowledgeable about German cars in case something breaks... and eventually it did. They were honest and "buddy" level friendly about what needed fixed on my car which makes me feel WAY better. They have a digital mechanic report that is AWESOME and provide tons of pictures and information. Never seen that before! Plus, when they told me my rear breaks were going, they didn't throw a fit about me saying I wanted to learn and fix it myself. Just gave me a tip or two and told me they would be there in case I ended up needing to bring it in anyway. If you have a German vehicle and are looking for a new "main" garage, RMW is absolutely what you're looking for.

I bought tires from the Tire Rack. Revolution Motor Works was my recommended installer. It was easy to set up an appointment. They were on time, and did a fantastic job.

In today's world, it is amazing to find a business who answers the phone with the warmest welcome, answers every question you have and on top of that provides you with expert workmanship. RMW does all that an more. They are true professionals and a fantastic business to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason and Jerica do an amazing job. They are professional and thorough. They do a great job of explaining things so I understand. They also use a great app to provide visuals to their explanations.

06/2019- As a first time customer I was highly impressed. Jerica, Jason and Jorge went above and beyond to gain my confidence. After purchasing a used vehicle they did a complete diagnosis and explained everything to me in detail. They made minor recommendations as the dealers warranty is only 30 days. Jerica the Service Adviser knows her stuff and is no slouch in this line of business. Jason, one of the owners made a point to introduce himself to me and welcome me as a new customer. He also reviewed with me the details regarding my purchase. I feel even more excited owning my used SUV knowing I have their blessings in the decision I made. I grabbed several business cards to share with friends and family; can't say enough about my trip to the "mechanic ". VERY clean waiting area, self service coffee and snacks, children's area and wide screen t.v. Great job RMW! 04/2020- Nothing has changed... same great service! ...even during this unfortunate Pandemic. Jason and staff remain professional, diligent and safe (sanitizing vehicle also). It was touching to get a call the week MD went under quarantine to receive a random call from Jason to check on my family and our well-being. He even offered to get essentials from the store if needed. That is above and beyond customer service!! Will continue use RMW as our family mechanic!!

Found RMW a few years ago via TireRack as an recommended installer. Had a great experience and since that visit RMW has been the only shop to put a wrench on our vehicles whether it’s for maintenance or a repair. Their communication and follow up have been excellent every visit - a great customer experience.
